SurePal™ 5 (Pen)

A device designed to hold and administer Omnitrope 5 mg / 1.5 ml solution for injection cartridge.

Notes:

• Cartridges and needles don't come with your SurePalT™ device.
• Omnitrope cartridges must always be stored in the refrigerator at 2°C - 8°C.
• It is recommended to take the pen and cartridge out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes before your injection and put them back right after you inject.
