Contains Tirzepatide 7.5 mg/0.5 mL: Dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist

Indications:

Used in adult patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to improve glycemic control as an adjunct to diet and exercise.

Also being investigated or prescribed off-label as part of medical weight management plans in selected patients under medical supervision.

Administration:

•Subcutaneous injection only.

•Rotate injection sites: abdomen, thigh, upper arm, or buttock.

•Administer once weekly, on the same day each week, with or without food.

Storage:

•Store in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C.

•Do not freeze.

•Once removed from refrigeration, the pen may be kept at room temperature (not above 30°C) for up to 21 days.
