 Indications for following conditions:

1.  Advanced Prostate Cancer: As a palliative treatment to reduce testosterone levels, slowing the growth of hormone-sensitive cancer cells. Administered every 12 weeks (3 months).

2.  Breast Cancer: Particularly in premenopausal women, to lower estrogen levels.

3.  Endometriosis: To relieve symptoms by reducing estrogen production.

4.  Uterine Fibroids: To shrink fibroids before surgery.

5.  Infertility Treatment: In some cases, as part of assisted reproductive techniques (e.g., IVF or ICSI) to suppress premature ovulation.

6.  Precocious Puberty: To delay puberty in children with early sexual development.
